Helixa Laboratories takes its name from the double helix of DNA, one of the fundamental building blocks of life. The brand was founded to bring scientific research, advanced formulation technologies and skin biology together, offering a new approach to modern dermocosmetics.

Our story
Founder Ceren Yetgin, PharmD, PhD, is a pharmacist holding a doctorate in pharmaceutical technology. Her academic work has focused on advanced formulation technologies: she has conducted research into gel systems, emulsified structures and nanotechnology-based drug carrier systems, and has published scientific work in these fields. The academic experience she gained at the University of Helsinki further shaped her work with an international perspective.
